I like how you drew the hair, it flows nicely. However whatever breeze is causing that should probably be effecting her cape too, unless there's another reason behind that.

How do you do lineart? It definitely seems you scan in existing lines but is it pencil or pen? I'm thinking maybe you should try doing your lines digitally over your sketch because your lines blend in a bit too much in a lot of places, to the point where you seem to go out of them sometimes.

The background's not too bad but let me tell you a trick. I'm not sure how many programs it works in though so it depends on what you're using, I just know I've done it in Photoshop. If you create the sky in a different canvas, one much wider and a bit longer than the one your finished piece will be on, and you play with the perspective (in Photoshop that's under edit>transform) you can make the sky look more like it's over her head.

The eyes look a bit odd to me. I think there needs to be a more distinguishable pupil.

I think the bright pink outline on the lips looks odd as well, as you can see black outline underneath.

Infact, a lot of the outlines that are in coulour, you can see bits of black underneath or throughout it. It doesn't look the greatest.
